ABSTRACT
The present study explores the impact of omnichannel marketing strategies on customer engagement and brand loyalty. With the rise of digital platforms, businesses must integrate online and offline channels to provide a seamless shopping experience. It investigates the ways in which mobile-social media interactions, tailored marketing campaigns, and consistent message across platforms affect customer behavior. The study emphasizes how crucial it is to match online and offline platforms in order to provide a seamless shopping experience that satisfies consumer demands. The study uses structured analysis to pinpoint the main elements that influence consumer satisfaction and recurring business, while simultaneously tackling issues like cart abandonment and inconsistent channel integration. Based on the results, companies can develop more successful omnichannel strategies by utilizing CRM tools, artificial intelligence, and data-driven insights. The report concluded that a well-executed omnichannel strategy boosts brand loyalty, fortifies customer relationships, and positions companies for long-term success in a market that is becoming more and more competitive.
